Should web page authors and/or web page visitors be made aware of spyware and cookies?? wyh or why not?
Website visitors should be made aware of any spyware or cookies. It is the visitor%26#039;s computer, not the website%26#039;s computer that the programs are being added to. The visitor is the only one who has the right to add or remove programs from the visitor%26#039;s computer.
However, this is not going to happen. Spyware is not of much use if the victim is aware of it.
