I am unable to connect to my mail, I keep getting the Error Internet explorer cannot display the web

The mail icon on the browser shows that I have 3 mails unread, but I am unable to access the mail page, to read, compose or anything. There does not appear to be a direct link for help from Yahoo, so can any one help please...

I am unable to connect to my mail, I keep getting the Error Internet explorer cannot display the web page?

Hi,

This will help if you have BETA MAIL.

Sorry, it is just part of the new format%26#039;s glitch!

CAN NOT FIND SERVER: Go to Tools, Internet Options and on the general tab, Delete Cookies. That should do it for you!

Other Problems:

I believe it will solve MOST, MOST all the problems people are having if you Switch Back to Original Mail, until it is out of the TESTING STAGE. Please try it and if it doesn%26#039;t solve your problem just SWITCH BACK TO BETA MAIL!!!

Tech Dept. says to Switch Back to ORIGINAL MAIL if you are having the String Verification Problem.

NOTE: Use BETA software at your own risk; it is intended for testing and evaluation purposes only. Do not install beta software on your primary computer or production environment.

The following is from another Asker that I responded to, and their feedback to me. It pertained to the Message string verification problem.

Asker%26#039;s Rating:

%26quot;Going back to Original Mail did solve the problem. I can now send emails. I was still using IE6, so that was not the issue.%26quot;

Hope this helps you.

this happened to me once. you may need to uninstall and then reinstall the yahoo toolbar

Other Replys:They%26#039;re having system-wide problems, and not just w/Yahoo Beta. I and others not using Beta are having similar problems. Please see my earlier posting Jan. 12 under the heading %26quot;Anyone having problems of any kind w/Yahoo Mail, PLEASE READ THIS%26quot; for more info and reporting problems. And since that posting, they%26#039;ve sent another reply that they%26#039;ve escalated the problem to their engineering staff, which indicates major problems, and not just a minor S/W %26quot;glitch.%26quot;
