i design a website using templates from Illustrator CS2. I%26#039;m editing them with Dreamweaver 8 and then uploading them. I%26#039;ve been told that because of the way i%26#039;ve done this, the information on the pages is not searchable.
Can anyone advise on converting these pages easily to CSS using either Illustrator or Dreamweaver?
I need to do this asap. Thanks.

You need to cut the pieces from illustrator and the use external CSS. Do you know HTML at all. Try http://www.w3schools.com/css/default.asp
