Use firefox and get an extension that does that exact thing.

No, its not illegal. First you must download Mozilla Firefox. Open the file you want to play in Youtube and their will be a small icon on the bottom right corner of your screen. Place the mouse cursor onto of the icon and a small dialogue box should appear reading %26quot;video downloader%26quot;. Click it and another window should appear. You should see an icon %26quot;Download Video%26quot;. Right click on it and select Save As. Save it anywhere you want. When saving type the name you want, fullstop, then flv. Example, %26quot;Final Fantasy.flv%26quot;. Disregard the quotation marks. Then poof. You have already downloaded the clip. But in order to play those clips you must have a FLVPlayer. Download it from www.microsoft.com. Type FLVPlayer on the search box and click search. There should be some denominations for you to choose from.

Other Replys:use the view source on internet explorer and find the the movie clip.

Other Replys:do u mean like dowloading videos from youtube!. if u want to do that i think i can help u out.

i know two sites which you can download videos off of internet like from youtube.

1) www.keepvid.com %26amp;

2)www.flashload.net.

But the videos in youtube r flash videos. so u gotta have a flash video player. if u don%26#039;t have a flash player, then i recommend going to www.rivavx.com. there go to the download section, scroll down and download %26quot;Free Riva FLV Encoder 2.0%26quot;!. it comes with both the flash player and the encoder - where u can convert the videos into other formatts, like mpeg, avi mpe4.....!!!

now u r all set. one last thing is that when u download vids from the keepvid or flashload website to the computer, make sure you save it as a flash video.... for example if u want to save a video as %26quot;hello%26quot;, you just type in %26quot;hello.flv%26quot;--- for every video u save follow up with %26quot;.flv%26quot;! the %26quot;flv%26quot; is the flash video extension.

Try it out dude. good luck!

hope this helps.
