Most likely problem is with the DNS servers.

Assuming that the router itself is connecting to your ISP, then your computer is not getting an DNS from the router. The DNS (Domain Name Server) is like a phone book for the internet. It tells your computer what the phone number of the web-site is that you are trying to reach.

Check your router for it%26#039;s current %26quot;WAN%26quot; configuration. If the WAN configuration is giving you a valid IP address, and not a 169.x.x.x ip address or a 0.0.0.0 then all you need to do is assign it some DNS addresses. Contact your ISP for the DNS server addresses to use.

unplug your wireless router for 10 seconds, then plug it back in -- it hapepens to me like once / week -- not sure why, but that fixes it.
