How can I reduce the size of a picture I scanned to a folder to fit on my web page?

I have a page on a website that I must personalize, however when I try to load aphoto into the space provided it tells me it must be reduced to 45MB

edit the pics or just put a dot inside the pics so it will not be obvious. right cliick open with paint, there you can edit your pics and then save the new pic not save as but as new. the finish product is reduced.

That%26#039;s a huge picture in byte size that you have if you need to reduce it to 45MB, which is huge in itself. Are you sure you don%26#039;t mean 45KB? At any rate, there%26#039;s a free program called IRFAN VIEW that will allow for re-sizing of images. It can be downloaded at the below link. Good luck.



Other Replys:open it with microsoft office picture manager....select all the pictures...click the file menu and click export....selections for export will appear...that%26#039;s it...you can now select what size you want for your picture...hope it helps
