How can I get the yahoo groups calendar to display on a different web page?

I want to take the yahoo calendar frame, without having to log in to the group, place it onto another page, so that people can see what the group is doing. Example would be a friend or parent wants to see the event schedule and simply goes to the webpage of that group (thisgroup.org) and has access to the calendars functions except editing it, so the ability to see details, display as month, week, day, or list.. etc?

thanks, kevin

I don%26#039;t think you can, just leave a link to it

I don%26#039;t think it can be done without the visitor logging in, because Yahoo wants people to use their service.

Set your Group Settings:Calendar to Public (anyone, including non-members, can view events), to do this you must be a Group Owner, or Moderator with Change Group Settings privileges:

Go to: Management:Group Settings:Web Tools:Edit

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/XXX/settin...

[XXX = GroupName]

They would still have to go to your Calendar URL

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/XXX/cal

[XXX = GroupName]

Then you could on that group%26#039;s webpage:

1. Try creating a frame with the Calendar URL

and see if it works (I doubt it)

-or-

2. Put the Calendar URL

(perhaps with a Yahoo ID and Password for an extra address of yours,

that is Moderated from Posting and without any Moderator Privileges)

Good Luck
