Frontpage error help. Server error cannot open file to write, every time I try to save the web page?

Can someone tell me please why this is happening and how I can fix it. The MS Data base has not helped it told me to delete any .lck files, but every time I try to save the page again it spits the file back up and gives me the error.

Check the file you are trying to save if is set as read only .

Check if you have the permission to save files in this server.

IF you are facing this problem again an again then copy the content of the file , paste and save it with a new name, It will be OK.
