I got a domain on godaddy.com and made a website and you can go to it if you type it in but if you type it in on yahoo or google or w/e it comes up with no results... how do i get it so it shows up on search sites?

You don%26#039;t technically have a domain... You have a sub-domain..
If all the search results came up for sub-domains then there would be 5 times more search results..
I think some of them are ran on private servers too.. Not sure on that though

Justin you have no clue what your talking about. godaddy doesn%26#039;t offer subdomains. I own a webhosting company myself right now.
Search engines such as Google or Yahoo use %26quot;Spiders%26quot; to put informatino on there site. If your site is new it wont be added instantly. The spiders will have to find it and then it will be added. Usually a day or 2. Or you can submit it to google.
go here to do so and you%26#039;ll be in the system faster. And then it will check on you to get more information on yoru site.
