Where can i get an easy HTML countdown timer for my web page?

I need a countdown timer for my online page,i dont own the site so i cant upload anything. =P

Anywho i%26#039;ve already looked around for countdown timers and they%26#039;re mostly very hard to figure the date and/or the:

e.g *timer*%26gt; until its my b%26#039;day %26lt;

the %26quot;until my b%26#039;day%26quot; is the bit i wish to configure.
